Disconnecting and Removing Pipedrive Data

How do I disconnect and remove your Pipedrive data?

There are two ways you can disconnect your Pipedrive data:

1. Remove Connection from your Scenario

Click on the Pipedrive icon beside your scenario name and then click on the "Disconnect" button.

2. Remove Connection from your Settings

Step 1: From your forecast, click on the account name in the top right corner to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the "Settings" button to access your Forecast Settings. At the bottom of the page, you will see all your integrations listed.

Step 3: Click the X beside the Pipedrive account you wish to remove. All of your Pipedrive data and settings will be removed.

Please Note: Be aware that any manually created items in an account that have been imported from Pipedrive will be deleted along with any information imported into that Scenario or Forecast. Make sure you have moved any manually created items into a separate account.
